When one of our TVs broke , they came out to inspect it, measured it and ordered us a new one right away. Saved me a lot of aggregation ! Was always available to any our questions. I stayed at one of their furnished properties in St. Pete as a month-to-month tenant and ended up extending from three months to ten because it was such a comfortable, well-run place. Chris was fantastic, super friendly, flexible, and always quick to respond to any concern.

The property itself was spotless and well-maintained. Lawn care was always immaculate, pest control was consistent and attentive, and he was incredibly accommodating with pets. When a small water leak occurred, he took it seriously and brought in top-notch contractors who addressed it right away.

Was so grateful for finding this company and Chris after my apartment flooded!! The location was awesome for both properties I ended up renting from November 2024-September 2025. They were extremely responsive and accommodating. I always had dishes, towels, sheets, pillows, basically everything I needed after I had lost everything and needed a furnished place. No complaints :) loved not having to commit to long-term lease as well here. If I ever had something that needed to be fixed was immediately taken care of.

I’ve had rental properties in the past and had a two management companies oversee the properties and things were never smooth. I needed a place in Madeira Beach and everything with this company was done with ease. Positive experience renting a furnished apartment from Local Life. I dealt with Chris and can say he was punctual and professional. I had a few minor everyday maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and Chris was right on it every time. Such an amazing company. Not your typical landlord. They are so friendly and willing to work with you. The unit I rented was totally remodeled and beautiful. Chris and his wife are great people. I would definitely look for one of their properties if I ever need another rental.
